Hockeyrecruits4u listed player, Charlie Kelleher, ‘97, F, has been offered a scholarship from UNH to join his brother Tyler. Charlie, just off his first varsity season as a freshman took the Berry Division by storm with a 57-point season. A strong back-checker, penalty killer and offensive forward, he was a key reason Longmeadow H.S. won its third Western Massachusetts Division III title in the past four years.

@BarryAlmeida9 congrats to @chkell19 on the offer but you would look a lot better in the maroon and gold right @Vatcher13 #patience #eagles 10 Aug

According to his high school Coach Jim Joyce, “I think he’s the best player in Western Mass. “With Charlie, it starts in the back end. He is patient with the puck. He’s a two-way player and that’s why he’s been successful.”

This upcoming season, Kelleher will be playing for the U18 Junior Bruins. Hockeyrecruits4u had also learned the USNDT is very high on our player, stay tuned…
